**UPDATED**: REQUIRES LOCATION/GPS ON to be used or else app crashes without any warning... Rating stays at 1-star until this is fixed. App craches after enabling Bluetooth... connected once, now doesn't work. Tech support doesn't respond... buyer beware... without the app or Bluetooth pairing, speakers are way over priced.

I paid $1,600 on the 12" model and this app keeps crashing. It will not even open long enough to see anything!! On a new Samsung Note 20 ultra? I hope I don't have to return these, they sound great, but with this much money you'd think it would work. Please fix soon

Recent update requires gps location on in order for it to work. I really dont like that idea of it being on due to privacy. App is needed in my case it helps to keep speaker from peaking. Would like developers to please fix! I have been using it and extremely happy i will still give 5 stars.

There's not much to say, really other than this app, it is not working at the moment. I don't know what's wrong with it. Try it several times. Hi, good news, it's working. Let's hope it stays working. Good app when it works.

The sound quality is out of this world but the app don't connect to the speakers . It connected once but never again . Hopefully the update will work

I'm trying to update the firmware in my new srm212 but take it too long for transfer the file via Bluetooth i have more that a 5 hours trying to update the speakers firmware but the transfer bar doesn't progress nothing
