Not a great experience on Android phone or tablet. It works but with some aggravating issues. It constantly pops up the tools menu whenever you select a shape in the design so you have to close that down in order to see your work. Would be better to let me open that manually when needed. It's also very difficult to select items without accidentally moving them. My biggest issue is the fact that it opens a workspace for lasers I do not own based on the size of the file I import.

Total Joke!! So many missing features, jerky interface, can only import images, not SVG's. Non intuitive interface. Looking for things that 'should' be there, but just aren't. Really wish I hadn't bought an xtool laser, nothing but problems since I did.

DEVELOPERS AT XTOOL: the wifi when using an android device is not good. If you're not going to improve it to make the connection stable, then you MUST make it possible for mobile connection via USB C to USB B cable!

Super simple setup. I chose a photo for my first project and expected to have to tweak the tint, but very good for first run. I'm truly impressed.

App crashes, they don't honor the word given to you. Want to return laser for a refund and go to a different company. Would have been 5 stars but went back on their word.

Really good app. Worst part is unable to zoom in at times and IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE TEXT WITHOUT IT RESIZING THE TEXT BOX. Extremely frustrating trying to move the text box only for it to change the size of the box. Locking it locks the location but touching it changes the size which is backwards- you should be able to lock the size but move the text. Also when blade cutting, when sending to laser shows the laser settings even though laser isn't being used. Other than that a really good app.
