App needs a lot of work. Very buggy. In particular I'm only able to use the most simple app functions because there was no way to register as a user. Spent a long time with customer service but they couldn't fix issue. I keep getting a network error message when I try to logon. Update: the ring is now useless to me. The sleep function no longer works.

I have a few issues with the app. 1, if you don't put a profile name when registering, it'll error out with a "network issue" message. 2, it repeatedly asks for permissions for something that isn't required (aka phone, contacts, call history). 3, it doesn't have data syncing, so if you're tracking with Samsung Health, Google Fit, etc, you're pretty much SOL and you'll have to manually input the data (if you can). 4, some of the settings it's asking for on Samsung aren't there

Do not buy this item. Send it back. The app updates are trash. The device and App worked well for the first few weeks. It does not work as described. It frequently disconnects from Bluetooth connection and step counts are off with no warning. The device charges quickly and keeps charged for days. If there is a resolution for the dropping of Bluetooth functionality that would be helpful. It would be nice to be able to translate measurements into U.S. calculations using inches and lbs.

The app has the option to set English (Imperial vs Metric) units *but" it does not save the configure and defaults back to metric. Needs instructions. Login/Registration process fails. I have the R6 ring and Android phone. Is there a way to connect the developer or customer service? If I don't hear from the developer. I will have return it.

It repeatedly asks me to sign in, but I can not even create an account. When choosing US as a country, it eliminates the ability to input my email. After choosing certain settings like gesture controls, the settings for that disappear. The ring works, but the app is awful.

It's functional however after one night of recording sleep it doesn't want to restart and record other sessions of sleep and won't allow it to restart. It records steps but won't automatically record heart rate or other records however you can record yourself which isn't too bad. For the price of it, it's not bad. Any way you can fix the sleep function that be great.

Absolutely rubbish. I know you get what you pay for but... 1. Did a swim...said I'd swam 2 miles...certainly had not. Then when I went in to look at the workout, app keeps crashing...nothing loads. 2. Keeps looping notifications saying 'device not connected'...'device connected'. 3. If you do an exercise and then want to do another right after...app keeps crashing.Tried reinstalling...nope. Still the same. I only wanted it to benchmark my exercises. Rubbish. Sent it back

All kinds of problems. First, it requires an account number to sign into the software. Never saves the settings. Then it interferes with my music all the time. I can't do anything without it stopping the playback. In general, it's a pain and never should have been on the market.
