This site is useless 😡 , If we are opened account then they will trying to we take the paid package and we got then they are not helping us properly 😡, the app shows different and site shows different. If we got a notification on mobile screen the msg is someone view our profile and we are trying to see the notification in app then no notifications. Sometimes I can't see profile pictures , totally useless app. I wasted my money and time also.

Don't waste your money in this app. Useless and irrelevant profile are filled here mostly oldies and divorced ones.Even after adding filter n preferences check you will get request from oldies and unwanted people. Firstly why is the preferences , even after adding preferences profile shown to unwanted person that a issue.

Always hangs up and pop up mesg comes sory for inconvenience. Doesn't login whenever i try to check the app never opens, notification comes daily for matches via emails ,but when click on the link it never shows ,always loading comes on screen. App never opens it goes in neverending loading mode.

Pathetic experience. Search doesn't work properly. App is full of bugs. Profiles are not at all good. Half the profiles are without picture. Complicated UI/UX. Don't ever buy. They just want to make you buy membership of sister companies.

Very bad use experience on Android 11. Please update ur software to match the competition and keep some VFM solutions too. Packages are at least 3 times costlier than Shaadi and Jeevansathi. Money is needed to provide service, but it's definitely not VFM solution.

Hi Team, I have been observing lots of profile are not visible in mobile app and in web sites.i had contacted the support over phone call, they had inform to uninstall th app and logout and login.but no luck.is this service your providing for Gold membership.Resolve it immediate basis.

I have just started with this application. Always give some time to your respective client to give you ratings. Try to offer best possible service to your clients and probably there is no need to ask for ratings. Ratings will be there at you door if you do your efforts to serve best to your clients.
