The chat formats better now but there is an overlap when trying to type. I cannot get to the input field. Is this someone's 1st app? I'll bump it to 2 stars as an encouragement. Using a Pixel 9 pro XL so it's not the phone. I can't get to the typing field today at all. 1 star cannot use at all

The app was shoddy at best before, but a recent update made the app completely unusable on Android. I couldn't see chats with benefits advisors, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now I can't even enter my password to log in. Waste of space on my phone.

I love this app.. It easy to use to find what you need. As always the people working it are just great! Angela is always helpful, follows up and makes sure things are moving smoothly between the doctors, patients and just keeping tickets moving. Worth downloading!

CS is great. The app, however, is glitchy. When engaged in chat, and the conversation times out, rather than logging out, it loops. This can be corrected by cancelling out the app and relogging in, but it is a glitch.

App functions basically but isn't programmed well for Android. It has a chat function but no ability to send notifications through Android os. So it's impossible to know when an agent has replied to an inquiry. This really needs an app update.

Easy to use. Feels like I'm using a normal messaging app to get medical assistance. The only difference is I'm actually speaking to a trained professional who knows how to point me in the right direction. All I had to do was provide my zip code. Devan provided me with plenty of options for an in network physician and offered to locate more if need be. Very satisfied with my experience. Looking forward to using this app for further medical needs.

It would be awesome to be able to upload a PDF of a doctors order instead of having to take a picure of a screen, take a screenshot of a screen to upload a pic or print and waste paper to take a picture to upload when all orders are PDF. Is there a particular reason this is not an option? i also cannot be thr first to show concern over this, right?
