App ONLY(!) truly quits if you go to System|Apps and 'force-stop' it! Seriously NOT 😎!! Otherwise quite handy, and have been using for years. Fix the process needing 'force-stopped' and I'll happily give you 20*/5*. Until then I class this as a non-malicious app with malware-typical reluctance to stop running. It used not to do this, so you guys are well capable of fixing this highly aggressive behaviour; same as I'm capable of finding a replacement app — not that I truly wish to have to do so.

I use this app for recording lectures, training sessions and anything that I used to take handwritten notes for. It performs flawlessly. Very clear recordings. You can't go wrong with Voice Recorder Pro.

Amazing app. This is the way they're supposed to be built. Simple, easy to use, amazing interface. And reasonably priced. It's too bad other app companies don't design like this. Something that actually works without all the Pluff, but does an amazing job doing what it does? I'd rate it more than 5 stars if I could. This is by far one of the best apps. The sound quality is amazing as well. Any options to record phone calls at this price makes it invaluable

While I haven't tried it for live music performances, I do use it for work/organizational purposes all the time. This is super easy to use, & I especially love pause-in-record. It beats a notepad.... at least for getting things locked in quickly and accurately. I love the file-naming function, bec. I can talk in a name...and that helps me quickly find it.

Cannot share, delete or access files since Android update 11-14 - please change the app data file save path to somewhere outside of the system files. Then will change review back to 5 stars. Thanks. Great quality of recording for the simple and easy to use interface. I'm using it for small choir practice recordings, and this app is the best one I've tried so far.

Considering that this is a Pro version, the app is missing more options pertaining to output format, Cloud backup, no recording editor, and there's no option to customize the storage path other than just choosing either the internal storage or the SD card destinations. The overall feature set isn't versatile enough for a Pro version. Wouldn't be my first choice of recommendation for an audio recorder app.

This is a terrific app! I use this in my language class where I can record the teacher and then listen repeatedly to work on my pronouncation and tones. The best part is the ability to edit sections of a conversation or lesson into separate files to isolate particular words or phrases. This has been a great aid for me! I recommend it highly!

My experience with this app has been very positive. I've paid for other recording apps in the past as well as used free ones. By far this app has been the most straightforward and easiest to use for the adjustmentable functions it has. It doesn't have a million settings that are hard to understand. You don't have to be a professional to use this app though I know some who do use it
