I switched phones and lost everything!!! All my gems, all my progress, EVERYTHING!!!! Customer Service won't respond back to me. I put a lot of money in this game ( for me, at least), and it's all gone! Until they either fix my account or refund my money, the rating stays. I wish I could give it no stars.

Good game. Haven't been able to play for a week because it shuts down right away before it can load. Must have some bugs. My other games have no problems. I've deleted & installed several times to see if that helps but no.

I found this after completing Merge Dragons and OMG the developers know what they are doing everything that was needed there is fixed here it's a great game so far I'm having a blast playing. It's easy to get gems, elves aren't all over the place making a mess I love it and DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this game you won't be sorry..

This Merge game is so different and unique than any Merge Games I've ever played. It's so fun and can be played both offline and online,ads are limited and you can decide if you want to watch an ad or not. I would have given it 5 stars but almost everythung loads slower when I try to play it online(with data or WiFi),I hope this can be fixed because I really enjoy playing this game both ways. Thank you.

Game is alright past time, but mildly annoying as a free to play player. I have disabled app purchases in the settings, and yet still: - Every time I open the app, I am bombarded with "deals" and "special offers." - Cannot spend gems on special items naturally obtained through free playthrough. - Cannot complete specific star missions due to requiring the player purchase items using gems, thus making the game impossible to complete with purchases disabled. It's a little sad, I wish they cared.

Great game lots of fun. Keeps me bizy for hours. Would be 5 stars if the option to change automatic gathering could be disabled as well as having the option to overlay merging instead. Otherwise awesome game. PLEASE DON'T change anything major. Thanks

Every time I try to play, the game freezes then completely boots me out. After uninstalling then reinstalling multiple times, all unsuccessfully, I am at the point where I can see myself just leaving the game for good. I hate that I have wasted my time and money to try and play a game that no longer works.
