I can't get the app to open on my new Samsung S23+ phone. A banner pops up saying... Application has not been granted all permissions. But in the settings menu, all notifications are stated as being blocked, and it won't allow me to unblock notifications. In the app settings, the button for turning notifications on and off is "greyed out" and inactive. Is there a possible fix I can get. Ps, the app still works fine on my old Samsung S10+ phone I've never had any issues using it on this device.

Did work great right up until 1 week ago when it started freezing on the disclaimer page. I then got a message saying the app had a bug which was causing it to crash this after it had updated itself. Been using it for going on 3 years now without any issues now this happens. It can't be an issue with the administrator as other drivers at my depot are still able to use the app on their mobile devices for when we have hire motors on site. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Would be great if it was seamless with Waze I'm finding that I have to click site information then the address rather than it just load Waze automatically.. Update 2020; still no integration with Waze.. and the apps lost a star for the incredibly intrusive and restrictive and device freezing 'No GPS fix for 60 seconds'.. I can understand 'locked whilst moving' but it's pointless and easily worked around too.

I use this app at work, for a well known supermarket. For the last few months I've had a problem where when I do a SHIELD check, if I choose 'fail' on the option where it asks if there's any damage to the vehicle, it will tell me that the journey cannot go ahead and to log off and contact transport. If there is a little scrape on the van and I click 'fail' then i have to decline journey or click PASS and put myself at risk. It use to let me choose fail, take a photo and then continue the journey

Used to work but I don't if it was Android 14 or an update to this app but now it just won't open, or gives a "not been granted all required permissions" error. In the notifications setting for the app the notifications are blocked and greyed out so can't be turn on. Uninstalled, re-installed, still the same.

Works OK generally but have to activate sat nav manually rather than it start automatically once customer record selected. Also scanning totes only saves to clipboard and doesn't actually confirm totes has been scanned on delivery screen. Totes have to be manually actioned as do any returns.

Can't understand what's going on with this app. Now it's saying I can't open it because the tru tac application is not installed on this device. I'm using a Android device. Microlise seems to have more issues than anything lately. I think over the last few months a 1 star review is been very generous

The only reason for the omission of one star is it'd be convenient if there was a "scan barcode" option (like on the driver sign-in screen) in the container & item lists for a given delivery, as in my job each delivery consists of multiple containers containing multiple items, and so manually actioning each container, and then sometimes having to scroll through literally hundreds of items to manually refund a damaged or unwanted item is far less convenient than using the camera to scan them off.
