I have reinstalled windows 11 on my 2 PCs, one main, one backup. The problem is that I have now 2 occurrences of each PC on the list of linked computers,i.e. 4, the "old" connections and the "new" ones. As a result, the Phone Link app on my PC is dysfunctional. Looking at my phone linked computers, it is erratically connecting and disconnecting between old and new connections. I thought about deleting the old connections on the mobile app Link to Windows, but there are no possibility to do so!

I used to like having my phone constantly linked to my PC without needing to think about it, especially for copy-paste functionality. Unfortunately lately the app has been draining my battery in the background like crazy, where usually I'd end the day with about 20-30% battery left, now it's completely drained before I even finish the day! I turned it off from the phones settings (samsung) and I won't be using it until it's fixed. Turning it off and on is not a solution.

Some suggestions for improvements: 1. I wish the developers of this app would enable it with PC/laptop screen sharing so the user can see their laptop/PC screen. 2. Furthermore, the fact that the app requires a Bluetooth connection creates a constraint on the range of distance between the phone and PC. I wish it could be independent of Bluetooth so the user could remotely control or access their PC.

Does everything except the most fundamental thing that it should do. The sound from a phone call will not route through the computer. I can answer a phone call with a touch of a button on my computer, but it does no good if my phone is 10 feet away from me and the sound will not route to my computer. This APP desperately needs a CR added to the beginning of it: CR + APP = CRAPP!!!!

Sometime ago, Link to Windows app stopped being able to link to my phone in the same way it did previuosly. After clicking on the icon on my laptop the Logo appears for a few seconds then disappears. In the past I would get a window showing the option to be able to view photos, make phone calls or send text messages. Now nothing happens. What has happened to the app?

I can no longer get my pictures to load. I've had to fight with it to get the thing connected. The pictures I did get loaded can't be opened because the file is corrupted??? With brand new pictures...it won't automatically transfer to my file any more and I'm getting tired of messing with it. I tried reinstalling today but it still won't work. I'm so done.

Nice idea but doesn't work consistently yet. Also having downloaded 8 pdfs 20 mins later having opened the PC link on both devices I still can't see these in Explorer. Then there's the notifications at the side which have noted the downloads but if you click on them it inexplicably does a bing search for download manager. It would have been better to incorporate the files in a tab in the Phone Link app next to Messages, Photos and Calls. Definitely some good potential going forward.

The fact o have to use this piece of garbage to connect to my PC to transfer files I OWN, is disgusting. I hate this app, it is terrible, ALWATS disconnecting me, and I can't transfer ANY files I have made and bought!!! I hate you, Microsoft!! If it weren't for your disability accessible UI and settings, I'd switch in an instant!!
