This game was one of my favorites to play. I also have encountered issues with this game. The app closes when the loading gets to 62% or freezes and closes when it gets past that. Very disappointed that this has happened. If this can be corrected would be greatly appreciated.

I like this game. But when I have played the side games to earn helps and then the side games are over and it's says you did not complete any side games I don't get the helps this last time I played and completed at least 3 working on the 4th and the message comes up it makes me feel like not playing any more ....... Once again I was cheated of of my reward. I passed at least 3 side games when I came back to play again the game told me I did not complete any missions it's irritating

When updated my extra lives disappeared. Game must be going to go away completely cuz I can't even get a response from King!! I updated game this morning & somebody disabled my game & I lost all my messages from other friends. So now, I have no friends or extra lives at all. I mat quit the game completely because of this update!!!

Very disappointed. Can't play at all since the October 15 update. Game gets to 62% and crashed. Not to mention that opening and logging in on my new phone made me lose ALL my saved up boosters.

This game is frustrating because it keeps freezing. I uninstalled it. Reinstalled twice in a week. Worked well for several days. The freezing began again today. Now when I open the game it stalls at 62% when loading. After a minute it closes itself. I have played this game for years was above level 1200-no issues. Your 5* went down the drain to 1* due to freezing issues. I am uninstalling it again today & will not be reinstalling it anytime in the near future.

I have had to delete the game and reinstall due to losing my friends after playing for 10 years now back to square one.

played the game for years, game kept freezing then refusing to load further than 62% uninstalled too many times, trying to get any technical support is a joke as kept being referred back to the community for help despite already stating I'd completed all the community help and it still happens. Appears I'm not the only one with this issue. sort it out King!!!!

Really enjoy this but it stops working properly after level 70 and freezes for over a minute then freezes completely and an unable to continue.
