Watch doesn't connect to the phone app. It say that the watch is still paired with the previous smartphone or the un-pair was not successful. There are also 0 information in the manual or online on how to reset the watch. I bought brand new in a sealed box and I get an error like that. The watch is now completely useless as I can't even edit the date and time or anything at all.. very VERY disappointing

Listen its a good app but my watch keeps on disconnecting and it won't reconnect for some reason so I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Update:the watch isn't even being picked up by my phone now I'm giving it a one star instead

I guess you get what one pays for – Mitone Activity tracker has some serios issues when it comes to measure your activities. I have compared this tracker vs Fitbit charge 3. The Fitbit is far better both the device and the software in the application. The application software that you download to your smartphone frome Mitone etc doesn’t connect with Google Fit even though it claims that it’s compatible. I have tried various ways. When it comes to counting steps Mitone Activity tracker is very inaccurate compared to Fitbit charge 3 and it does not automatically recognise what activity you are doing and it’s difficult to change activity on the fly manually. So unless Mitone Activity tracker does update the software both in the watch and in the application that you download – STAY away from this product!

Very disappointed with this purchase...!Doesn't connect to Bluetooth at àll!so the time and date are not useful,neither the options of getting notifications

Doesn't connect to the smartwatch, keeps saying that it's either paired with a previous device or the unpair was unsuccessful even though we just bought it brand new.
