Tab4Checker is a smartphone and tablet platform for auditing and inspecting, built for small, medium and big companies.
The Management, on the back office platform, create the checklists and distribute them immediately on the auditors’ mobile devices
The App User compiles them, creates and send reports, reviews action plans
The Company plans the improvement interventions to reach its quality standards, according to the current regulations
Fast, easy to use and highly customizable, Tab4 Checker is suited for the following purposes: retail, HSE, quality, maintenance, facility management, compliance, logistics, operations, internal auditing and quality products control. Tab4 Checker can also be used for Near Miss, instant alerts and Safety Walkaround.

The Tab4 Checker application can make Audits with immediacy, simplicity an accuracy:
To each item of the checklist you can attach pdf, video, images. Audits can be planned and the inspections calendar is always available to auditors
Once the checklist has been identified with its QR Code, the auditor can add signatures, pdf, photos, notes and highlight the critical issues while filling the fields, and can also point out the root cause. The auditor verifies whether the anomalies of previous inspections have been solved, in real time.
After the inspection has been completed, the App generates the report in PDF format, and sends it to the appointees; the auditor can then define the Action Plan.
The list of interventions and priorities is distributed by e-mail to the proper anomaly appointees.
Each appointee, whom can only see the items he was assigned to, confirms the completion of his tasks, and the system tracks that the item has been closed
The inspection report is archived in real time, and the dashboard displays the most important data, which is filterable by areas, dates, groups, checklists, inspection points, etc...
