I love kipling but their app has lots of issue. When I buy multiple items and look at my cart, I can't scroll down anymore. I have more than 1000 smile points and redeem it for a voucher but I was not able to use it coz the voucher number was incorrect. I reported it but they replied late and the voucher was already expired. So disappointing. Also, I need to log in twice. One for the app and the other for me to be able to shop. So redundant.

Terrible app. The website wasn't applying the discount for the discount codes I received so I decided to download the app as I thought it might work. It was a waste of time. It would not even load the website nor products. Just an error. Utter waste of time and app space. Deleting this.

Used to love this app, BUT everytime I open it and go to the catch monkeys part of app it crashes and closes 😡 It's taken you 7 years to read my review, great customer service!!

Doesn't work, always says error cannot open Web page. Vouchers expire before you can use them due to broken link, and nowhere to put voucher code on website. Rubbish no point collecting points if you can't use them.

Asked for membership number! I have not been given one. I am unable to get into the app as it won't scroll at all and anything else is half way down the screen!
