To all with issue where your device stopped working. If this is due to your app updating , make sure the Prime unit or device is also updated using Computer and USB by going to mooer site. Knocked out of the park! Mooer is top of the list for effects and Amp modeling at unbeatable price and portability. Love the update. Need to re review with added features. Great work Mooer team

Bug needs fix. My phone tells me the app has a bug that the developer has to fix. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted device. Whenever I select "find device" it crashes immediately and displays the message about there being a bug. I remember when this used to work. It was great. You should probably test updates on Android/Samsung phones before you push them out.

I use it to control a Mooer Prime S1. The app makes it very easy to configure patches, I also prefer the app's tuner. Version 1.9.1 was broken on both my Android 14 and 13 devices. I had to revert to version 1.9.0. Version 1.9.2 seems to have fixed the issues on all devices. I don't understand bad reviews based on just a bug, when version 1.9.0 worked fine. These don't help future users. We're receiving regular updates and a bug can happen at any time, it just needs to be reported and fixed.

Bug - app crashes when searching. Installed a week ago, worked fine, up until the latest update (presuming). Like others, have uninstalled/reinstalled. No help. Whenever "Searching" the app simply "closes". Not usable. MOOER - please advise asap, or provide a link to previous version.

New update is horrible. I just updated the app on my andrpid, my Mooer P1 won't connect to the phone. Keeps saying that the app version is too old to start. Which doesn't make any sense especially that the app was working fine, until the latest update. Please fix this, because this is very inconvenient

It was awesome till the last update a few days ago, and now the app keeps crashing and its unusable. I emailed tech support and sent them my error log fine right away but no response yet. I really hope it can be fixed soon. Its such a great tool!

Very useful. Improves the pedal experience. The graphics are not great and the menu could be more intuitive, but overall does a good job at getting the most out of my Prime S1.

Infuriatingly bad execution of an otherwise great idea. This app could be so much more but it is just a very bland to poor experience overall. Now the app and the box don't even connect making it useless. No forums, no support, no updates, just a useless brick.
