Some notable features: - Worst UX ever. You constantly battle with the damn thing. Nothing works as expected. - It doesn't allow setting the streaming quality or resolution, neither does it do any of that automatically. So if you're not on 10 GBps fiber, it's your fault that you are a poor idiot. - It blocks constantly. Rarely does it work for more than half an hour. Error codes are of little use in release versions, really. Restart is user's best friend. - You have to pay for it. Really.

Constant crashing, timeouts, losing connection The UI is outdated and slow, app runs in landscape mode constantly so it's hard to use and navigate properly. Requires an account login for no apparent reason and is missing basic functionality, like downloading content for offline viewing, casting to remote devices,..

Firstly, I had a trouble signing in and it just froze when I finally signed in. It was really bothersome... I had to refresh my phone, delete the app and install it again. Secondly, when I finally signed in, it was blurry . I really need this app because of school stuff so, please, make it work better and, if possible, do it fast.

Unknown error when I try to register. Never does it indicate which field might be wrong, eventhough I am 100% sure all the fields were filled up correctly, so probably just does not work - terrible design, never seen worse. Oh yes and now it even refuses to start. This must have been made by someone who really does not care at all, took a bunch of subsrciption money we pay and taxpayer money and possibly from the budget as well and gives 0 f...s now. This app has corruption written all over it.

Really bad designed app. User interface is barely usable. The app uses far more resources than other similar services. It just can't work on low end devices while EON (SBB app for TV streaming), Youtube, Netflix and HBO GO work perfectly even for HD videos. Definitely not worth paying for subscription.

Why don't developers take on board any of the negative feedback? The app doesn't work on Android below version 10, even though it says it works on 5 and above. The app is an embarrassment for Serbian technology prowess. You should remove it from service, make it workable, then relaunch. This is the public face of Serbian broadcasting and you are putting it to shame. Nothing works: the app freezes at just about any command. On Android 5 - 9. I'm sure there are a lot of these around.

When you solve the problem with viewing rights for the content you produce by yourself maybe I will give you better review. I understand that you have problems with foreign content but your own TV shows that is unacceptable. Also you definitely must change the layout of the app because it is heriffic and non intuitive.

The app is usable. I have some suggestions to make it better: introduce support for the chromecast, remove the limitations (due to the copyright?) for the paying subscribers or put basic and premium subscribers, enable other than the landscape mode, make it easy to close suggestions. This is for start (take a look at NRK app for organization), I am looking forward to see some of these in the near future.
