Morpheus is the first app designed to power smarter cardio, faster recovery, and help you improve your fitness and conditioning

When combined with the Morpheus M7 heart rate monitor, the app is able to measure and track your HRV and your recovery, give you personalized heart rate zones, and help you to hit the right amount of volume and intensity each week with its CardioSmart features.

Elevate your conditioning with zone-based interval training (ZBIT)

For the first time, training to improve conditioning is as simple as it gets. No more confusion about what heart rates to train at, which zone you should be in, what types of intervals are best, or how much cardio you need to do each week.

Morpheus takes the guesswork out of your heart rate training and gives you 12 zone-based intervals to choose from to take your conditioning to the next level.

ZBIT can be done with any Bluetooth heart rate monitor and a Morpheus device is not needed to unlock this feature.

Hit your weekly zone targets and watch your fitness improve

Finding the right balance between how much you should train and how hard you should train is one of the biggest challenges in fitness.

After analyzing the data from more than 500,000+ workouts and 1 million days of use, Morpheus has learned how much time in each of its 3 heart rate zones is needed to drive the faster improvements in aerobic fitness and conditioning.

Each week, Morpheus will set your heart rate zone targets based on your fitness level, goal, recovery, and your previous workouts. This makes it easier than ever to get the right amount of volume and intensity that you need to maximize your cardio for better health, performance, and longevity.

Requirements: To unlock the weekly zone targets, the Morpheus HRM is required. Without this, Morpheus is unable to calculate a recovery score or provide personalized heart rate zones and targets.

Accelerate your recovery

Training and stress are what breaks your body down, but you need recovery to build it back up and make it bigger, stronger, faster and in better shape than ever.

Each day, using its proprietary algorithms, Morpheus will give you a recovery score to help you manage your training and your lifestyle to optimize for the fastest results possible. Together with its personalized heart rate zones and targets, Morpheus will make sure your body gets the training and the recovery it needs to perform its best.

And if you’re using a wearable to track activity and sleep, Morpheus can also pull this data in to help you see the big picture of how they’re impacting your recovery.

Please note that activity (steps), calories, and sleep can be tracked directly with Fitbit and Garmin devices, or by connecting to the Apple Health Kit.

If you choose to track activity, sleep, or calorie data from the Apple Health Kit, Morpheus will display that data within the app and use it to generate your daily recovery score.

Activity and sleep tracking are not required to use Morpheus, but are recommended to improve the accuracy of the recovery score.

Ok functionality but really buggy. App requires me to close and reopen after checking heart rate if I want to sync heart rate monitor again to log a workout. Also, app hangs up in middle of workouts, losing all data from workout. Frustrating and unreliable app for tracking cardio. I don't recommend at this point. Hopefully with more time and updates it will get better.

Been use it since July 2024. Its now October 2024. The outcomes have been excellent. I've totally changed my training with this app. It's extremely helpful for knowing when and how much time to spend in different zones to maximize recovery and therefore improvement. The app could use some improvements and I hope the developers will spend some time on it. 1) HR connectivity needs to be faster and less clunky 2)App needs to support screen auto rotate. 3)Train w/ needs to be easier to comprehend.

Very buggy. Frequently doesn't connect to heart rate monitor for recovery tests. It will stop recording training data if you switch to a different app while training (changing music, checking maps, etc). Losing cell service will also make the app stop recording training data. The training zones are useful, but you have to record training in the app to have them adjust accurately. It's really only usable if you're doing all your training on a stationary bike or treadmill.

Love this app and the associated M7 heart rate monitor. The associated FB community is also amazing. If you are looking for a sustainable exercise tracking environment that focuses on making sure you don't consistently overdue it and end up getting sick, this app and community is just amazing. This app has me working out harder while always being focused on my recovery. I've found over 6 months now I'm having to go faster to get my heart rate to the same level even while doing less cardio.

Great programming, terrible app. The app has frozen many times so that I have to clear the cache to get it to work. It does not connect to the server quickly and I often spend 10 minutes fiddling around with it rather than actually training. I like his programming but the app on Android is not worth the hassle. Update: Loses about half my data with miscommunication to the server. I am giving up and just using my Garmin which never has a problem.

This app not only accurately tracks recovery and training, the lessons it provides and training guidance to improve conditioning are phenomenal. This app is really a conditioning guide, and when I follow it my conditioning improves measurably. The recovery score and training feedback I receive from morpheus is more accurate/valuable than my fitness watch. I have gained many insights from using this app. Customer service is fantastic. Thank you for the great product/content. Highly recommended.

It's a simple process to dial down my cardio when my body is overloaded. The lessons on the science behind recovery and how to put that into practice are great, too. I use it daily and feel like the M7 band that I pair with this app is a great value.

After the latest update, the app keeps closing when load training session info. Pluse it as always loaded super slow. My other friends and client that us Morpheus are experiencing the same issues. The heart monitor is awesome 👌 👏.
