The software isn't great. Often times it will accurately track my run during my exercise, but then when I end the session all the data changes (for example, may show 2.0 miles when you pause it, the when you end the workout it will list 0.6 miles as the distance despite saving an accurate map). The sleep tracker worked well initially but then ceased functioning altogether, but I suspect this is an issue with Android permissions I just haven't figured out.

Very useful for tracking sleep. Doesn't try to do too many things. I would give it 4 stars except 3 issues: if I don't lock the screen during a workout the app loses track;the ring gets stuck in workout mode and I need to reboot my phone. Also, somewhere I set this to imperial units, but it seems to report my core body temp as C. Finally I've tried to get support for the app via email and FB Messenger, but no response, so posting this publicly.

Clean and uncluttered interface. Immediate connection with the ring. Provides all what I need in data and reporting. Would have give 5 ⭐ if menstrual cycle was not proposed for gender male... (or at least made optional ☺️)

No tech support or customer service at all! I have tried to contact them several times over the last couple of months and have not received so much as a response. Now the app is automatically deleting data. It's so sad, because the product itself works fine. But without a useful app, it's not very useful.

Firstly, it only takes measurements every half hour, no option to adjust this time interval. My other ring measures constantly. On the graphs, when you select a measurement point, it doesn't even tell you the time of that point. I've had it left on charge all day today but when I've put it on and connected to the app, it's got readings for the whole day for hr and hrv?! Where's it got that data from?? Blood O2 only measures manually! The ring has just 2 sensors - hr and O2. Temp? Movement??

Doesn't record work out correctly, app glitches, & freezes. Very frustrating app linked to Gloring smart ring. Contacted Gloring directly to see whether faulty product or app. Waiting for a response from tech team. Now resorted to using my smart watch again as recorded data & app is so unreliable. Very disappointing.
