When it works it's fine but you never know if it's going to allow you to sign in or not. I just just uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it would reset and now it won't even go to the log in page. Hoping I don't get a ticket because I don't have enough quarters and this app isn't working today. Might be easier to get a roll of quarters to keep in car. Update: app hasn't worked for over a week. Seems like developers might have given up on it.

After you install, register, login for the first time, that's it, unable to login again. Doesn't exactly give one a warm and fuzzy feeling about having stored a credit card. But, what did I expect for a 1.8 rated app. 5/9/24: Just tried to use the website to pay. Error says to choose parking duration. I would if that were an option. Why any property mgt company would use these guys is beyond me. Awful experience in all channels.

Just use the kiosk, don't waste your time. After downloading this app, the parking UI wasn't working. I figured out that I needed to register, THEN add a credit card, then I could set my time to park. There were no errors or helpful messages walking me through this process. I assumed the app was broken. Finally got to parking, and I wasn't able to extend my time after purchasing my first few hours of parking. Devs, please do some usability testing.

One of the worst pay to park interfaces I've ever dealt with! The QR code on the meters don't take you to the site. The registration process doesn't tell you what the issue is if there is one, and the app itself is slow as hell and ultimately didn't work at all for me. My husband ended up going through the website to register our time, and although he specifically selected to pay for 3 hours, it only gave us 1 hr, which we didn't notice until we got back and found a ticket on our car.

This app is far more difficult to use than it needs to be. Use coins instead if you can. The parking zone selection through QR code scans does not work properly. This is extra frustrating because you can't just enter the zone number and parking space and have it easily lookup. I had to scan to get it to register at all. Make sure you double check what zone it says you're parking in. I had to fix mine manually. They also do not allow users to remove card information - you can only update it.

It requires me, by default, to log in with my fingerprint. My finger is sweaty because it's summer here and it locked me out. Also, for some reason it will not let me add time and gives me no indication as to why. It seems to be the same problem as before I entered a credit card, but when I checked the card info my information was saved. Terrible usability.

If you can, delete this app. It is useless. First of all you have to register and add a credit or debit card. Then once you register it brings you back to the log-in page but you are NEVER able to log back on with the app so I went to the actual website. Just as useless. I wanted to add 1 hr to my time but it only kept adding 15 min increments leaving me to have to keep adding 15min increments until I reached an 1hr. If I get a ticket I'm going to court to fight it. Desire a 0 rating! 😡
