Latest update has stopped me using it for some reason. Every time I try and log in, it says that my device isnt registered with my org (it is as I am using this account with different apps on the same device) Tried reinstalling and joining the beta etc but cant get it to work at all. The rest of the app is ok, it lags a lot and doesnt give you access to most of the admin suite but if you need to create an account or reset a password quickly it did work.

Useful app, using it for years but after the latest update it wiped out all my logons. Very annoying.

Changing tenants is PAINFUL. I manage many 365 tenants and there's no indication of the tenant you are currently managing on the home page. The domain on the menu flyout doesn't always show. Worst of all, the list of accounts is a disaster. The order and colour of accounts changes each time you select a new account, so finding the one I want is 5 minutes of trial and error. Once you find the right tenant the app works great, but the above issues mean that I dread using it. Fundamentally flawed.

I really wish this app worked correctly, but it feels like Microsoft has assigned it to one developer, and they are only allowed to work on it in their free time. Crashes constantly and even on a high-speed connection's, this app is very slow to load anything.

Only slightly better experience than trying to the the admin pages through a mobile browser. Requires access to contacts for some reason. I think when I searched for users the app tried my contacts first, then I had to click a "find more users in cloud" button. Seems dumb. Users section doesn't seem to have a OneDrive section to force a log out of active sessions. Why is it missing? Your guess is as good as mine. Also had an issue with text not fully drawing when scrolling. Just kinda funny.

So far, the app is very well designed. From simplicity of layout to functionality, it is a top-tier app. However, there is always room for improvement, even if it's something little. For instance, the app lists the accounts that you've signed in with. But there is no way to differentiate the two accounts I have since it's using only the display name from the user profile, and the display name is the same for both. I would think the UPN should be used to be entirely sure which account is active.

Updated: still trash. Hot garbage, when it works it's a life saver, but it can't be counted on. Functions you can sometimes count on: resetting passwords, seeing service issues. I tried to view licensing, just says "loading..." the cloud interface gets updated frequently but this app does not, I fear it's an after thought, this is likely to be deprecated because "no one uses it". I'd love to use it if it reliable worked. We have 2fa and it seems to frequently have login problems.

This app is fine for some basic user tasks like password reset or lockout. But! This app is constantly running in the background and crashing. Its done this on 3 different phones with multiple versions of Android. It's random. You'll be doing something like reading email or surfing a web page and up pops the crash error. And then it restarts itself. Worked on stability my a... Go find some people who can actually write software that works and doesn't crash all the time for no reason.
