Messed up the app, nothing can work anymore on the MSI Graxe router. It only works when it's connected to a computer, but the app is definitely useless now. It always fails to detect the connection with the Wi-Fi and keeps doing a "reset" as if I've never used the router. Even if I set all the parameters on the PC, the mobile app refuses to connect. This app is frustrating.

Kind of regret ever getting this router. The UI is great...when it works. Not the biggest fan of getting stuck in a sign in loop because the app was poorly made and begs for an update.Looks great, but good luck getting to see it. Everything was great with minor hiccups and then once I get used to it consistently signing me in I then have to deal with the constant loop of not getting accepted and then recconecting closing the app and repeat until it decides I gave full effort to manage the wifi.

So the app worked, but now that I've renamed all 3 wifi bands and they no longer say MSI2.4 or whatever, the app won't log in as it wants the stock wifi names only. I can get in through the internet but the app is useless.

The initial setup in the box tells you to use the app. After getting nowhere it was super fast and easy to run the setup from the PC. The app is good now that the router is already setup.

Stuck in the login loop. I had set it up via wire to my laptop. But the app on my phone just won't let me in. It goes to login screen, asks me to connect to MSI-XXX. There is no MSI-XXX but my renamed wifi is there, so I select that, it then brings me back to login screen, that again asks to connect to MSI-XXX...

I have tried to log in using this intensely frustrating app at least a dozen times. Every time, it tells me to connect to the MSI_XXX network. I have cell data off and have connected to each of the networks (2/5/6G) multiple times. And still, here I am, not able to login. Genuinely questioning my purchase at this point, 45 minutes into my possession of the router. I may never purchase another MSI product at this point, despite owning several.

The app looks cool and has a basic set of features and settings to tune things but the web UI is far more feature rich. One thing the app could use is the ability to stay signed in to the app or implement fingerprint authentication. Also the ability to name a device would be nice. It would be awesome. Thx.

It's pretty good, but it's certainly got some bugs. Samsung ZFOLD5 is my device. Lots of crashing and asking me to connect to a network I'm already connected to during setup. Hopefully it's smooths out now that I have everything setup
