You can get these coins by clicking on the blocks and getting coins.By upgrading the balls, you can make them faster and also so that they do more damage to bricks. The more damage the ball does to the brick, you get more coins.
For completing levels you get diamonds, the more difficult the level, the more diamonds you get. Diamonds start to give from level 10.
