Update 30-Jul-2020: I've tried many dispatch apps and I always seem to come back to this one. They are the most reliable now and it's very user friendly. All my drivers love the DriverApp. I don't use the passenger app much because I prefer to take calls from customers, but I have it available for those customers that want to use it. I highly recommend this company. There have not been server issues in a while, thank goodness :) Old Review: Save your time and your sanity AVOID this app at all cost. If you are a business owner walk away unless you like dealing with an app that is up one moment and down the next minute. Resfresh. Reboot. Nothing. Customers calling where's my taxi I'm sorry the system is down. Drivers calling with issues relating to the app. Too much work but not making money.

There should be a way to see how many canceled/completed trips so Im not accepting a call 30 min away only to drive 25 min and then see a cancel pop up. Also, the notifications of cancels arent prominent enough. A quick notification pops up for 3 seconds then its gone and when Im driving I shouldnt be peeking at my phone every 3 seconds. Its a great idea and the execution is happening however things need to be fixed to protect my gas tank since there isnt a fee 4 canceling

I feel pressure in to working dispatch is not perfessional calling at 4.00 in morning for trip when I'm offline. asking to take trip 6 morning that I new nothing about, also waiting on trips for hours.no cancelation fees for burning your gas. don't like the job the app is good accept I can't find navigation system. so i have to close the app out, log on to Google maps, to get to customer.

I am from Pakistan and just install the app but unfortunately the answer is received at the time of registration that "you are not registered with any company " what does mean by that how I registered as a driver

Im a new user and love it already. Just dont know of the customers will convert from bolt to this platform. Cause I'm looking for drivers now Customers cannot select service type.
