I tried to pull up my coupons, but the app continued to spin, and then I received a reload error. I ended up installing the app and reinstalling nothing. Now I get an error message saying something went wrong. I had to leave some items because I could not access my discounts. Apparently, this is an ongoing issue because the lady at the register said it just happened to another customer

I do not want to link a card because we use multiple payment methods, but only about 10% of my receipts successfully scan. They say something is wrong with every scanned receipt, so I don't earn points. The coupons aren't as good as when you had a member book, but still good to have.

This app will not take pictures of your receipts. When you attempt to select the automatic option it'll open and then immediately close/crash. When you select the manual option, the green button to click to take the picture does not work. I've been emailing back and forth with the app team and so far they haven't been able to figure out the issue. Hoping the developers can test and figure out the issue.

I used to be able to take pictures of receipts quickly and with no complications. Now you can't. It shuts the camera off before taking the full receipt picture. When trying to take the top half receipt picture, the green button doesnt respond. Useless, when trying to get credit. This app has become useless. Also when trying to read the map. You cannot zoom in. Need a magnifying glass to see. Again useless.

There's something wrong with the app. I install it and log in and when I log out it disappears from my phone. I have to go to the play store and install it every time I want to use it. It's so annoying!!!! I gave it 3 stars because they have the right idea. I can screen shot my receipts by using app and I can access my coupons through it which saves me trips and time going to customer service but they need to do some upgrading to it

Useless. I haven't been able to use this app for over a year. Sometimes it opens. Sometimes it doesnt. When it does open it freezes and shuts down automatically. As a result I haven't been able to track most of my receipts for over a year. I just stopped trying at this point bc of how frustrating it is which is disappointing bc I'm losing out on all of my membership discounts.

EDIT: I had signed up for the TangerClub from the app and I was having the issues of it not working properly (couldn't see my digital TangerClub card, couldn't see the digital coupon book). I went to the customer service center at the Tanger Outlet, and I think she did something to my account, because after that, the app seems to be working fine (can see coupons & my digital card, and uploaded receipts without issue). So I'm raising my score from 1 Star to 4 Stars. IF onsite customer service has to do something before it's fully operational, then that should be mentioned somewhere, but I didn't see it...

This app was great before the update. It had all the important things I needed when I visited a Tanger Outlet. It made it easy to find a map. To find out what stores were there. Then they updated it. Now I'm forced to login to access ANYTHING (which almost made me uninstall immediately) and the most useful things like the map and store listings for each Tanger Outlet are gone or so hard to find I don'teven bother. And that's if I can get something to load at all.
