Easily scans my home network giving basic device information (no mac address, even though in sort menu). I've come from Fing as I wanted to scan my network more than once in 24 hrs, so that functionality is appreciated. The icons are quite limited given all the new Smart devices now available. Also not clear what scan method is chosen as menu choice differs from the one shown in settings. However, it found all my devices on my bridged network.

I mean the app looks like it could be okay but I came to use it to cross reference ip to mac address as the screenshots indicate. However when installed it doesn't show any mac addresses, just IP and host name. If I've overlooked something obvious I'll change my rating.

This app does what it says on the tin, but with little flare or useful extras. Maybe I'm being unfair given my networking experience and that I'm comparing this with 'fing' which does the same but better. The technology has long existed to fingerprint a device using more than just its mac address, and I wait in vain for an app which can do more than identify a system by the make of its NIC. Good work though, if you can add better features as suggested I'd pay real money! Andy

Great, simple to use. I already have the Fing app that I use and it works pretty good, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to label each individual device, but with Network Scanner it's very simple to label all connected devices and with a little picture you can assign to it. I keep Fing because it has a great speed tester on it, but this app is definitely worth the download, has ads but they are not overbearing.

I initially rated this app as 4-star. But hang on...I've been using this app for a couple of months now and over the last couple of weeks it's stopped finding anything connected to my LAN, other than my printer. I searched the Play Store for an alternative and then download that instead and I can see everything now. I'm uninstalling this Network Scanner because it just doesn't work for me.

Great app, actually saved me from having to factory reset my 3 router's I wasn't able to remember the ip addresses and only had a Chromebook and my old 5T emergency phone and I was able to find the ip addresses using old faithful my 5T which had the app installed. Easy to use all you have to do is connect to a network and scan. Simple fast and easy to use.

Other network apps I've uninstalled straight away, this one gives info without jargon only used it twice, to show connected devices,Yet to see what else it does as asked to give 5 stars on second use.

MAC Address not shown contrary to the screenshots. I know Google have decommissioned the API call to view MAC Addresses but the screenshot and the product description specified to the contrary.
