As many others have stated, this app is terrible. The dialog boxes are all in Chinese, it sends multiple notifications out, all in Chinese (I did figure out how to disable them) and though I got it to finally connect to my camera, you have to connect to the camera internal wifi in order to view the camera live, it doesn't work if I remain connected to my house wifi. Overall a miserable experience that is not intuitive at all. Translate it to English and get rid of all the ads in the center!

It doesn't work, yet it pulled up my pics off my phone when it states the camera is offline. The instructions are the same instructions for a different camera I bought.EXACTLY the same. I deleted the app and changed all passwords. All the great reviews??? Don't buy, plus the app is mostly in Chinese when it comes to requesting information about the product and I had to have a friend translate. No thank you. Waste of money!!

Major privacy concerns with this application. If you haven't done so I strongly urge you to read their privacy policy. They want access to your Wi-Fi password, access to know what devices are on your network, your IMEI, number, contacts etc. It states in their privacy policy that they do not your consent to collect this data way too much information for my comfort level. I never even activated the software because I will not allow it to have the level of access to my network.

Garbage app. I can initiate a recording, but, I cannot view the recording (I have an sd card installed). I am asked the date of the video. But the app only shows the NEXT day not the current date. And there is no way to change the date. Thus all recordings "today" are not selectable. When I am in live mode the correct date is shown. Very frustrating. Useless app. The A9 camera is also junk. I full charge lasts about 5 minutes.

It actually works! I don't mind its a little distorted but you can still see clearly who's on video. it has clear audio. Set up was very easy. The only issue Is; the manual is very vague. It does say do's and dont's, but it doesn't say if it can be used away from the home wifi in, let's say a car for example, or an office or wherever. I'll have to try it out. Its actually not bad for the price. Very good deal to me. This little camera is gonna rid me of a problem I suspect. Glad I found it.

Made an app in English but not all translated. Good idea would be to offer a choice of various languages at the time of installation of the app. Network times out during configuring - before you can add mini camera. If somehow the network setup goes through by the time you'll fall asleep it'll set a password to access your recordings that even you won't know, so basically you won't have access to the data. No password reset option (which you don't know from start). You loose all data instead.

WARNING FILE MAY BE HARMFUL. WHY IS IT ALLOWED? ANOTHER UNLESS APP THAT DOESN'T WORK. GO FIGURE. This app is pretty much useless and does not support it's own product's calendar is set to 2011 with no way to update, set, or change no matter how many times you try, it automatically changes back. VIDEO is not supported so, it NEVER loads. As smart as they think they are, developers can't get it right after all these year's. SMH.

First time buying a surveillance camera from my home and I will have to say that I will not recommend this product to anybody. My phone constantly has notifications from this app but doesn't tell me what the notification is for. Just from reading the description I thought that it would rotate 360 on its own as well as do motion detection but it does neither I can't even go back and look at previous videos after putting the HD card in anytime that I've tried to look back at videos is come up empt
