I purchased the pro version, the one time pay for life. When I open the app and click "upgrade" it says all parts are owned, but on my screen the app is labeled "wavepad free". And it is clearly the free version as there all all the accompanying limitations. I have contacted customer support multiple times to try and figure out how to get the app I paid for. I have never heard back. I even tried to get a refund and couldn't. I am deeply frustrated.

It's not transparent. I have a 32 bit float wav file that I deliberately amplified to beyond +12 dBFS in WavePad. The waveform reflects that it's clipping, but when played back, the clipping is entirely gone. There's no option to turn off this soft limiter for the audio output devices. Also the audio sounds the same in all apps except WavePad, where it sounds like low cut and mid-high boost. All EQ/FX settings in Android are disabled.

Useless. I want to edit an audio file that's on my device but when I press Open in your app, it asks for permission to access photos and videos. Fine I guess so I hit allow but then all I see is my camera roll and no way to select audio files at all!

I have wavepad audio editor pro for desktop, but this Android version runs very slow and clunky on Android 10. But the biggest problem is where it stores its audio, which is within its own application, and nowhere that can be located with a file locator! All of a sudden I'm out of internal ram! That's because all audio opened within the application saves itself within the application, taking up system memory. Google Files could not find it. MobiSystems File Commander could not find it.

Does nothing but amplify and cut! Bait and switch! If you want real audio editor functions they charge $4.99 Only let's you try effects like Eq a couple of times. Sucks that it doesn't state that it's a trial for a paid full version! Lying liars! Wasted my time! P.O.S. The description says full featured. Doesn't say you have to pay if you want all the features!

I'm kind of disappointed in this for NCH software. I can never save what I'm working on. It won't save it... always says save failed after numerous times of attempting to edit an audio clip, it never saves it the way I want it. I'm about ready to uninstall it even though I paid the 10 bucks for the software.... Frustrated !!!

Can't save any edited project. Every place i try to save the app says "the destination folder doesn't support" mp3 format. Doesn't matter if I create a new folder, either.

I've used this app for years and all of the sudden all of the extras that I paid for don't work anymore. I have contacted support and they have never gotten back to me so I had to leave this one star review. All of the free stuff still works, but none of the extras that I paid for work. Update July 24 2024 I have reached out to support multiple more times over the last few months and still no actual person has contacted me again. I have spent $12 on the this app and nothing I paid for works.
