Terrible -Difficult to navigate -Booking system is not worth the effort -Tried multiple times to link accounts but never works If the app was improved it would help the staff and reduce queues which causes the most frustration at the centrem

As a software developer I can confirm this app is unnecessarily complicated and does not make booking easy especially for lane swimming.

In general the app is fine. I only use it for the membership card and checking timetables but it does what it says on the tin. HOWEVER... A major bugbear is the constant bombardment of adverts for the summer swim pass. I don't want one (I'm a member!) and no matter how many times I dismiss the advert the next time I open the app there it is again. It's really really irritating to be bombarded with adverts like this and detracts from the app. Please stop it.

Hit and miss. I've recently had lots of problems logging in to book classes. My login details are saved on my phone, but the app kept stating I was using an invalid email or password. For the past few weeks I've often had to reset my password to login. Sometimes it won't let me login on my phone and I have to use my laptop, which I don't always have with me. It's been better over the past two days, but now there doesn't seem to be a waiting list button for fully booked classes.

Once I'm logged in, it does the job, but I'm not impressed. It's not user friendly, you can't filter effectively and moving or cancelling sessions is near impossible. Instructions must be from an earlier version, as they describe different visuals. But all this hardly matters when I have to reset my password EVERY TIME I try to log in. I reset to the SAME PASSWORD every time, but still end up with the same message: email or password incorrect. Worst app I have ever used.

Sometimes good... sometimes horrible. Like had an emergency and had to cancel a booking but wouldn't let me do it and kept crashing so got charged for missing the class. Their system when you go also doesn't sometimes log when you've gone and you get charged for not going. Won't let you cancel bookings if you haven't paid the charges so if you book multiple in a day and can't attend and the app won't let you cancel even befor the 20min pre class period you get charged.

app Works but where has the leader board gone? that was my favorite part of the old app. created some healthy competition between me and the hubby. it's also no longer a fitness app, it's only good for booking classes not for logging what you've achieved and smashing your goals. the old app was better.
