This seems very odd! I have a Matrix fitness exercise and set up an Xid. My expectation was that whenever I logged into my bike and did a workout, that this data would automatically be uploaded to the app and appear there however this just does not happen. If as it would appear, I have to go into the app and input my workout data manually, then I can't see what use it is at all and why there'd be any point setting up an Xid in the first place!

What a pathetic excuse for an app! It's impossible to get past the question asked at startup - which is the name of your gym. The app does not accept ANY response to that question. What a waste of time and effort. I'm standing on a Matrix treadmill which has an XiD logo in it, and I cannot use the app. I'd give this zero out of five if I could - that's equal to its worth.

It ask for you club code. I asked a manager at my gym and was told they don't have one so I can't use the app. Update: I emailed support, and while they responded in a timely manner, they did nothing to resolve the issue. Uninstalling and not recommending anyone use it.

Unable to use it. The app requires a club code which I did not receive. Its a shame because all machines are matrix here and I would love to have an app that connects with the machines and makes use of its modern technology.

need a club code. What kind of "special" do you need to be, to make such a useless app?

This app is either greatly misunderstood or a steaming pile of garbage. Our brand new gym is decked-out with Matrix equipment and I can't even log in to make a start. Did anyone do user testing with this before it was released?!

As others stated -- just because you own a Mateox machine and have created an XID doesn't mean that you can use this. Don't waste you time even downloading it unless you got a code from you gym. May suck hard anyways --- all the software on the machines console sucks.

Poor out of the box experience. First screen says reach out to your fitness facility to get started. All they (YMCA) did was redirect me to their app which is but a shell of an App.
