I would give this watch 5 stars if it included GPS tracking. I understand that schools generally discourage smartwatches with cameras or call functions, but having GPS functionality—similar to an AirTag—would be a great alternative. It allows parents to keep track of their child’s location and also helps locate the watch if it gets misplaced.

Forgotten password and waiting for access code which either comes very late after the timer expires or never recieve in registered mailbox. Need to improve on the way to reset password.

tried creating a new account, but the verification email wont even send out. I've waited for more than 5 minutes, and I've checked the details but i never received the email

It's a hassle that it cannot accept certain keyboards. need to manually change which is wasting time. I am using microsoft keyboard and yet it's considered a risk?

Slow, full of bugs, insist on using system default keyboard. More 'demanding' than high security apps like SingPass, various banking apps. Incredulous! Can't wait for kid to graduate from primary school, and will immediately delete this app. I am using GBoard, by Google, the owner and developer of Android OS. What is wrong with that? Anyway, as I stated, only this app has problem with GBoard. Other more sensitive apps like bank apps (yes, incldng DBS) SingPass are ok. What do you make of this?

Gboard is detected as a third party keyboard on my Samsung phone, which is an inconvenience. As a result I always have to switch to the Samsung Keyboard whenever I want to use the app. Please allow whitelist Gboard.
