After the app upgraded to the "powered by Extasy" interface I was unable to add artists to my lineup, even with the account logged in. Thought I would uninstall and reinstall the app and now there's an issue where it says that the app cannot be installed. I installed a different app just to try and see if the issue is general for any apps, but it is not.

It seems it is not connected to the ticket database yet so I can't see my tickets or top up via the app. The artists list is there but it seems to only be ordered alphabetically - for a festival it would be a lot better to be ordered by the hour and day they will be on stage. It is also hard to tell you added someone to your lineup. You press the button and nothing really happens. I would also like some table where you can see all the stages and who is live. Saga app has it for reference.

The app seems to work now. Tried to reset my password since I forgot it. I receive the SMS, put in the digits and pick a new password. Hit confirm but the process does not move forward. Any help would be welcome.

You have another bug wherenin the checkin area I can't check the checkboxes. Device: Google Pixel 3XL This one is happening when I have my details aready stored on the phone and when I input the fields it automatically pops up my name and i tap on itz the field turns white with my name filled correctly but the checkboxes can't ne checked at this point fron now.

Hi, you have a bug when want to see in stages menu: if choise to view the ark and after choise to view the tample, the app restarted. This bug is in 3.0.12 version of app and the app was run on huawei mate 10.
