New app is garbage! I can't compare the color to multiple brands anymore! Makes matching tenant houses very difficult. I have no brand loyalty! I only want the closest match for the brands available in my local area. Not even being able to select multiple brands in ridiculous, let alone needing to check every box below it manually for the collections! Please bring back the old app till this is fixed!

This is NOT an upgrade to the old app. Much less user friendly. I can't select more than one paint brand to check my scan against. Well, I need to check against 3 brands. So it takes me forever to find a color. I wish I could keep using the old app, it makes matching paint for touch ups between tenants 100% easier than the new app.

The app worked about 3 times. Then it quit loading the paint libraries. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still doesn't work. I have contacted Nix support several times and all I get is an automated response with no helpful info. The terrible app and lack of tech support means that my color pro 2 scanner was a total waste of $350.

Cannot access paint libraries for color match. Not good for a brand new device (nix 3) Installed new version.... still no luck .... Edit..... Latest version of the software works with the Samsung 23 ultra perfectly. Libraries are now working as I needed them. Changing from 1 to 4 stars, the knock coming from having to wait.

This app is not working. Why can't the apps work? I have nix MINI 2 and I can't pair to my android phone. Can't locate the nix paints app nor nix digital app. I was able to pair this nix MINI 2 two years ago when it was new, can't no longer. Yes I charged it and inserted a paperclip. Any positive advice? Thank you!

Very disappointing. You pay good money to buy the device and then the app to use the device is so bad that destroys the whole experience! Every time I open the app it tries to download the databases. Whenever I go into my favourite colours, it keeps spinning until I press the back button, and go again into my favourites which shows my library but it doesn't open it. I need to go back out again and back in to open and show me my colours. Also need to be able to compare multiple colours! Fix it!!!

Good: When it works as expected, it's good enough. Bad: I have to forget and re-pair the Nix 3 almost every time I charge it. If you want to save a scan, it forces you to choose a library AND collection which is unnecessary. If you lose internet connection half way through a scan, it won't let you save it. Once scanned, you can't convert digital colours to paint colours. You can't access Pantone or RAL without paying a subscription fee. This was on my Samsung Zfold 4 One UI 5.1.1 Android 13

I don't really write reviews, but I am unhappy with this product. I lost my last Nix Mini 2. I loved the old Nix. The new Toolkit app is needlessly complicated for most people. The old app allowed color matching across five brands at a time thus ensuring a better color match. In addition, the Color Scheme feature where it gives matching colors was an excellent feature and the main reason amateur interior designer types would buy it in the first place. This is a huge backwards step to me.
