It was working great! Now it won't look on my car deck. T3 winner android car stereo. And I paid for it. Please help! Cannot find my Previously purchased map of Canada. Which I paid for. Which you guys said was a one-time payment. And not it doesn't work on my car at all. The app doesn't even open. App users beware!

Please make it work on Android Auto. And add fidelity to mapping. When you travel in a camping van it's nice to be able to notice a road beside a river, perhaps 2 or 3 km off route, to stop and have a coffee or lunch break. The current mapping view is very bland when navigating, most roads beside the navigation route vanish, frequently rivers, ponds, lakes are not really shown, only the route shows.

Old maps?? Before it was available for purchase I had this on a truck gps and new maps can be found online, I really like the app since it is one of the only apps that still works with country-city-street search which I prefer a lot over the now popular one line searches which always gives me too much results in completely different countries or cities, or no result at all. However, to my surprise you get 1,5 year old maps while online you can find at least a year newer maps???

I purchased the USA version for my car some time ago and it was working well. Unfortunately, I recently had to do a factory reset my head unit and when I did, the iGo navigation app disappeared - There is no way to contact the iGo developers for a free re-install since I already paid for it... I'm NOT paying for it a second time!

I liked the app. It was the best app for me when the mobile data internet was not available. Thank you for offering new maps. That's 1 star up. But because today I was in a hurry and in a real need for the SatNav and my old maps were removed without asking me first, with the message "new maps are available", I offer 2 stars now, with the message to developer: I wish the app would let me choose the time when to update, while app still keeps my old maps available till I choose to update. Thanks.

Outdated and terrible performance on Samsung note 8. No inertial scrolling. Tiny buttons. +5 second delay between interaction and audible feedback. Map offscreen areas don't load when scrolling until you release your finger. No double tap hold zooming. Uses an app-specific keyboard?! So you can't use your standard system keyboard, which means no swipe typing. And it says it hasn't been updated in over a year. Seems high risk for purchasing.

I have been using this app for several years. Just the navigation directs well, but there are some issues which it makes it very annoying sometimes. The most annoying thing that there is no option of exporting/importing my personal POIs so every time I change the phone I have to manually research and add every single one separate again. Recently the app have an issue with maps update so I sent @ to customer s. but no answer for a few weeks. I don't want to reinstall it due to POIs loss risk.

App is visually appealing however it consistently gives routes that are longer, slower, more complicated than any other app. For example, a trip from Sacramento to San Jose. iGo gives a route that is 2 hours and 45 minutes where 3 other apps gives a shorter route that is 2 hours and 8 minutes. The app also does not search your contacts to retrieve an address, so you have to look it up, remember or write it down, and then switch to iGo and enter the address.
