I downloaded the app and when I open I am presented with a screen asking for my phone number or I can switch to email instead but it says credentials are wrong and they are wrong cause I never created an online account and there is no option to create one

Tells me my credentials are wrong, when I've only entered in my email address (which is 100% accurate, and verified on the site). Developer is trash.

Tells me my credentials are wrong. I only entered email address. How is that wrong?! I have an online account using same email address. Uninstalling now!
