The NoraGO app is an application that requires access from your service provider to view their content. The NoraGO app does not have any content such as live channels, movies or radios. Setplex is the software development entity that has developed the NoraGO app which is built to be a media player for providers to offer their content to their end users.The NoraGO app supports the following devices:
• Android smartphones
• Android tablets
• Android TV
Once you install the app you will be prompted with a login screen to enter your provider code, username and password (which is provided by your provider). After logging in with the correct credentials provided by your provider you will be able to view their content. If you have issues logging in or technical issues please contact your service provider NOT Setplex.

New update seems to play smoother. New interface on Android boxes is terrible. Process flow needs work. The old interface you just press the okay button to pull up everything. This new interface you have to press the menu button. The aspect ratio is also skewed across all platforms. The search feature under movies does not include a space to separate words.

I've had this app with my Fire stick for a year and it's been amazing. Majority of channels work with little freezing. Redzone sometimes freezes. After few minutes it restores. Small inconvenience to save hundreds a year on cable. Only beef is the movies section doesn't offer subtitles for shows and movies which sucks especially if a character starts speaking in another language. I've switched about a dozen friends and family who all love the app.

Needs major improvements. First off, the app will not allow you to stream content via your mobile data which is a bummer considering its a "mobile" app. Secondly, it will buffer and eventually stop streaming and pop up "no video input" which makes flawless streaming impossible and this is being connected to high-speed internet via wifi. Last but not least, the navigation is lacking and there is no option to cast to a smart TV. If they would work on all of these issues, this app could succeed.

Good but could use some work Some of the channels don't work. Just says 'no signal' or something similar. And sometimes the listing isn't accurate. It'll say one show or movie is on but something different will be showing. One thing I would like to request that would make it better would be to add a "favorites" section or a watch later section

I loved this app and last week it decided to change itself to dark mode. Absolutely horrendous in dark mode cant find anything channels are out if sink ex channel 1,2,3,90, 112, 5, 22...none follow. Impossible to navigate, cannot see anything and no way to go back to default light mode. I'm angry. Now I have to find a different service with an app that I can see that navigates right. I do not understand why the features all changed with the mode too. Like wth? Your app is horrific now 😡

Okay the UI looks great but there's lots of bugs. First of all the EPG isint good. It shows you all the channels and the guide but you can't actually click on the channel and play it. The EPG is basically usless. The movie section also is a mess. Videos aren't playing in the proper size and the ui needs some enhancements because some things look out of place. The TV section seems slower to use and it overall isint what I expected. Guys don't update to the new so player. Wait untill they fix this

Use to be great but from what I've read they updated and it's been really screwing up(ive tried the new app, only works when Nora's working) I cannot completely shut down my box or leave the nora app otherwise when I turn it back on itll tell me gateway error. I have been able to keep it going for days just not shutting down my android box but that bogs my box down and I know I'll start seeing issues with that. seriously contemplating if I'm actually going to sign up for next month. FIX APP!!
