So, i love this game and the concept. Only problem I've had is, I tried paying for no ads, and there was an error. I still have ads in my game; and now the game will not let me purchase no ads, as well as having taken my money. I emailed the support team, with no response yet. I would love for this to be fixed.

You get to a certain point and you have to watch ads every single time. You finish a level and you don't even get the extra points like you do earlier for watching the Ads. Theres an option to watch an ad and get more points. You click on the less points to avoid the ads and you still have to watch an ad and you don't get the extra points. It's bs.

I loved this game on my old phone. It didn't transfer when I got my new phone. Installed and paid for no ads payment was refunded and now says you already have this item but I am still getting ads. Support is just a bot and was useless. I'm happy to pay just remove the ads.

Too many ads even when you pay for no ads. I purchased and was charged but still seeing ads. Wish I would've seen the all the reviews saying so before I paid. Requesting a refund and uninstalling

Hi there! Wondering if you could help me with a few problems I've encountered playing Tangled Snakes. I'm on level 1367. I play quite often, it is very addicting! So, I cannot figure out how to unlock City 6 London. I've completed all the other cities. I have like 80,000 coins which I cannot use for anything. I've completed all the Challenges like Casino, Viking , etc and got the hats for the challenges but cannot unlock the ones that say you have to complete levels to get.

Amazing game very enjoyable. keep your mind occupied and pass time especially if you're a impatient person like myself. I love it if I'm waiting for someone to come get me when I really don't want to wait. I start playing this game and when I look up there calling me and telling me to come down there here down stairs for me and I didn't even notice how long it took them to even get here.

No more offline play. This was my go-to game when traveling cause it could be played offline. Now it doesn't work without the internet. Fun game to waste time when you don't want to get too involved as long as you use wifi or data.

I paid the $5 to permanently remove the ads. It's a lifetime payment, not a subscription! June 2023 update: I emailed them. No response, ever. Please reply!! October 2024: No response to any email.
