nAble Health Portal facilitates communication between patients and their doctors. Patients can use this App to schedule appointments, view lab results, send and receive secure messages, keep a record of their vitals and visits, and update their insurance and demographic information including photos of their insurance cards and themselves.

HOW TO USE:

After downloading the App, use the Doctor search to locate your provider by clinic name or doctor name, then enter your nAble Health Portal User Name and Password to sign in.

New Users:

Patients who would like to make an appointment with an nAbleMD clinic may do so by sending a request for an appointment by either searching the physician by name or by clinic.

I'm frustrated as I tried to go into the app and it keeps closing on me. I tried to email support but those emails keep bouncing back. I get glitches can happen but im in an important phase of my protocol where I need to communicate and that usually happens through the messages on this app. Please fix soon!

This app is inconsistent when it works its awesome but when its non- responsive it can be frustrating to not be able to communicate with my Physician's office. Some altering to this app to further enhance its functionality is truly needed. Tremendous inconvenience to not be able to communicate with your Physician during non-business and you need them.

It currently is still bugging out, as others have said. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. I need to message my provider and every time I click to compose a message, it closes. I also do not like that there are no time stamps on the messages sent or received.

When the app works it's great. However, it's not working now. Everytime i open it, it closes and says there is a bug. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, and it's still doing the same thing

App crashes upon login. Multiple attempts to uninstall/reinstall from Google Playstore or clear the cache doesn't work.

Now this app works after the bug has been fixed. Im able to do what I need to when Im using the app. 🙂

Upon attempting to sign up, I am able to input all required fields until arriving at the "Doctor's Name" field (Despite the app's ability to accurately enumerate the clinic name for which he is associated). As a result, I am unable to successfully complete the registration process and thus cannot utilize the application in any way thereafter. Following identification of this seemingly trivial front-end application DB query bug, I proceeded to install app :-/
