NowGo is an app for drivers to complete deliveries and pickups. The application provides drivers with all the necessary capabilities they need through a simple and fast user interface. No more clunky PDAs and slow systems.

As part of the Premonition logistics suite the app syncs with the automatic dispatch system and routing engine to provide drivers with the most accurate instructions, while helping feed information from the field back to the fleet operators.

I have been using this app for a while and loosing significant time to open each pickup notification from same address . I wish it would should show all the information in one display. For example, I have multiple pickups from a same address but I have to open each pick up notification to find the right parcel . Why can't it show all the destination address of all the pickups in one place rather click on individual pickup notifications to find right parcel

I use this for work. I record parcel types with the note feature, and while it is helpful I wish there was a way to see the notes / parcel type without clicking the "deliver" button. The would help me sort parcels faster. Also, When pressing a pin on the map it only briefly jumps to the corresponding item on the list, but then jumps to the first item. This makes it hard to find the parcel type I need

Most days, we find addresses that have completely mistracked on the map within the app, causing unnecessary details. I believe this app could also do with a feature to EDIT the sort list manually, so if a package is listed within the app incorrectly, a knowledgable could simply hold the listing, drag and drop to its correct location within the list.

My Samsung A71 phone got a software update (updated from version 10 to 11) and now the app has stopped working. I tested Nowgo on my older phone and the app works fine. I have already uninstalled/reinstalled the app, turned off/on phone, restarted etc. Only viable fix found was reverting back to version 10 and potentially loosing data in the process. Is there a simpler fix available? (App is used for work, it is useful when working. 😀)

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. Horrible app, I would be ashamed to develop such a bad product. It creates the wrong delivery sequence, there's no magnifying glass to search for deliveries and arrange your delivery order. It makes you waste more fuel because I had to go back to the same place more than once several times, absurd. It sends you to the wrong addresses. This app is a disaster. I hope this app gets replaced as soon as possible

This app is unnecessary for map optimisation. It brings you around the same area back and forth again.alot of delays and it doesn't refresh at all majority of the times. It needs to improve alot. 1. Have 1 pick up not multiple pick ups in one place on the same screen. 2.fix your maps for easier optimisation. 3.fix the scanning parcels properly,even the blurry or faded barcode couldn't scan which causes alot of time wasting re-entering barcodes manually. 4.not all address is showing on this app

app is slow and clunky, needs to load everytime you open to check something off and if you are in an out of service area will not load at all. checklist should be downloaded to device to enable quicker access and then stored untill device has data connection available, then it should upload and update drops/list in background. User should also be able to recommend list changes such as run order and multidrops (consolidation of drops to be dropped off at one physical location)

This app would be better if, when delivering a parcel, it had a signature option in the list at all times, not just when a parcel requires a signature. This would help with parcels being handed to recipients to ensure that it can not be claimed "never received parcel." That would give proof that the parcel was delivered.
