Terrible device. First it wouldn't find the device, then it wouldn't even let me log in because it said my password was wrong (which I had just reset for a second time), then I asked for a "forgot password" link sent to my email and it wouldnt recognize my email!! POS

Can't save passwords for login. Crashes constantly. Fails to connect constantly. This app is the only way to load firmware on devices and it fails mid-update constantly.

Can't configure probes. The list of sites is not sorted alphabetically, so it's impossible to assign the probe to the correct facility. Had to borrow a coworkers iphone to set up a probe.

So poor...cannot detect the data loggers present and hard to navigate the app. Useless and waste of time really. Older version is better

Unreal how bad this app is. Doing a quarterly validation test should take less than 15 minutes. Instead by the time I call tech help and talk to multiple people to get it to finally work right I've spent multiple hours.
