The new IRmobile is the app for all IR thermometers (pyrometers) and IR cameras from Optris. You can monitor and analyze your infrared temperature measurement directly on a connected smartphone or tablet. This app runs on most Android (12 or higher) devices with a micro USB or USB-C port supporting USB-OTG (On The Go). It is easy to operate: after you plug your Optris pyrometer or IR camera to the micro USB or USB-C port of your phone or tablet, the app will start automatically. The device is powered by your phone. The app includes a simulator for both pyrometer and camera - so you can try many functions even without connected devices.

Features and Functions of the IRmobile App:

• Compatible for pyrometers and IR cameras
• Change of temperature unit: Celsius or Fahrenheit
• Integrated simulator

• Temperature time diagram with zoom function
• Aligning the sensor via live video with integrated simultaneous temperature display (CSvideo/CTvideo)
• Setup of emissivity, transmissivity and other parameters
• Scaling of the analog output and setting of the alarm output
• Save/load configurations and T/t diagrams

• IR cameras
• Live infrared image with automatic hot-/ and coldspot search
• Changing the color palette, scaling and temperature range

• Optris IR cameras: PI and Xi series
• For android devices running 12.0 or higher with a micro USB or USB-C port supporting USB-OTG (On The Go)

I really liked this app but it doesn't work on my new phone. I had it on my pixel 6, worked perfectly. It doesn't work with my pixel 7. It'd be great if y'all could update it. It's awfully nice to be able to use it with my phone instead of PC.

Hi, I am using xi series, notice that I am unable to change the emissivity and flag time interval from the android apps, pls advise? Tried to change in pc software first, but then when connect to android apps after that, the setting is remain unchange.. Thanks .

This app isn't a thermal camera or something which I searched for. When you choose "camera" It's a video, of a car. Like this pisses me off sometimes. I just wanted a Thermal camera..

When trying to change emisivity par app closes. Have tried at least 10 times. On Android 5.1, Samsung smartphone. Other device setting are working normal.
