This is horrible! My company switched from Certify to this ancient process and app. It crashes non stop. I have to always sign out and sign back in to upload everything. The receipts don't automatically sync if uploaded after the expense hits. I see why it's a 1 star rated app and don't see any intentions of them fixing anything either

I HATE this app. I put my expenses in, and if I don't submit right away, they disappear! Such a pain!!

The app has no permissions option for storage on android. So you can not upload pictures or screen shots. It's also horrible to use as it is just a web interface. That's just lazyness on the developers behalf. Your actually better of to use it on a web browser as the browser can access your storage on your phone. This is a useless app really.

Waste of time, my company asked me to use this, takes forever to login, milage claimes submitted in the app, but were rejected. No notifications. Milage tracker does not work (6hrs 0 miles recorded), only good point is that it remembers your last project code selection which speeds things up a bit. But when you find your claim has been sitting unsubmitted for 15 days and you need to wait another month to get you money back, do you really care? Utter Rubbish.

Abysmal design. Terrible user design, no feedback or guidance on problems and how to fix them, very limited functionality, obscure settings. Atrocious in every way. I can't believe a company as big and supposedly good as Oracle has come up with such a poorly designed app. Avoid at all costs. It will only annoy your staff and vastly increase admin and overhead costs as staff try to deal with it. On the positive side, staff will give up submitting expense claims so an employer could save money.

Haven't downloaded any app as useless as this for a while. I just downloaded it today to make it easier for me to file claims for my team. Upon opening the app it just says it couldn't sync then just a frozen useless interface. I am using android 11 and this app sucks big time.

When you attach receipt photos to 2 expenses, at the point of submission it deletes the photo attached to the 1st expense entry, replaces it with the photo from the 2nd expense entry, and the photo then shows missing from the 2nd entry 🙈. Thought I'd made a mistake the 1st time but tried again 3 more times with the same result......shite!!

This app is pitiful. I cannot help wondering how an app this poorly designed and with so many deficiencies makes it past design stage, let alone UAT. Those involved/responsible for Oracle Fusion Expenses should take a quick look at Concur. Concur isn't the greatest app in history, but: 1) it works; and 2) it gets the job done fairly efficiently and intuitively. Oracle Fusion Expenses does neither.
