Oracle MICROS InMotion is a revolutionary app that provides restaurant operators with quick and easy access to real-time business analytics, anywhere and anytime.
For single or multiple properties, view live graphs of today’s key performance indicators such as sales, labor cost, discounts, check count and ticket time. A built in forecasting engine allows for an overlay of both same day last week and last year comparisons, as well as a projected forecast for today and the trend for the next two weeks.
Receive alerts and push notifications when key indicators fall outside normal ranges, or when critical problems occur, such as credit cards failing to settle.
Manage your labor by viewing and ranking employee performance on all key factors, and be warned when an employee approaches or enters overtime.
View a breakdown of checks by tender or discount type, including full check-level detail. The Check Lookup feature lets you retrieve individual guest checks by location, date or amount – and email a copy of the check instantly, right from your device!

Used to work, then it kept bugging out. I reinstalled it and it kept crashing. Restarted my phone and it's working now but I can't login because it wants a URL now. I don't remember doing that before.

All of a sudden the app is zoomed in and I can't access the three line to see options to change stores, log out etc.

3/26/19 app hasn't worked yet. App hasn't worked in over a month, the support help link in your reply couldn't copy or click on in app. Didn't work like the app. Have newest version. It is on you and not mine. 10/1/2020 update after more than a year not working, the app partially works. It has some info but it only has information from one POS (WS2)

I don't think it's terrible but it's.not great either. There are these notifications that popup and say things like "the discounts are too high!!!" which may or may not be true; but even though I work on the backend of the system, I would REALLY LIKE TO KNOW what on the backend controls these alerts as they would be valuable to our accounting and operations teams. I am still looking through the documentation, but I don't see it mentioned so far, and there is A LOT of documentation.

I am using this app (ver 7.22) with android Samsung s8. Do not have the left menu functionality. Only a blank screen with the version number. Wonder why the android app is crippled while IPhone version has all functions as advertised. I have emailed at the address provided to hopefully have this bug fixed. Almost 2 years later: A new phone Note 8 running Android Pie A new version of the app 3.35 84 Just as useless as the original issue still persists. No functionality available on left screen.

Bug city. Like other people say the app only loads certain pages and doesnt load others. My biggest issue though is it makes me log in daily instead of recognizing my device. Its very annoying. No finger print or face ID option either. I will go back to review 5 stars once its fixed. I believe this could be a great app but they need to loosen the purse strings on their developers.

Keep getting a message that says "Cannot connect to server". But I can see total sales for all of my restaurants but it won't let me drill down or see any other metrics (labor, Check detail, etc.). I'm being told it's my phone (Samsung Galaxy 9+). Update! After clearing my Stored Data & Cache it now works perfectly! Thanks Lutz Kreckler for your help!

I dont like that i can't go to the fullsite on my phone. Cant even google to find there actual website either. The app helps in someways yes. But in others i need to be able to have access from home and not have to go into work to access the full options.
