Since update, can not play because app asks for my name and there is no way to get a keyboard to type it in. Unfortunately, the settings button is unavailable -only the space to type your name (with no keyboard) is available to me. When opening the app, I get two ads and then it forces me to the profile page. I can choose an avatar, and then it asks for a name, and I can't enter a name, nor back out of the profile page.

It used to be fun, but it's turned into a cash grab. I don't mind watching ads for bonus features, etc. Everybody's gotta eat! But levels have become basically impossible. I thought it was me, so I looked at YouTube tutorials only to find that on some levels, the time given has dropped by 20-40%! Ah well, back to my escape games

Levels are fun and challenging. But the game spends so much time loading each level that I thought it was frozen. Ads pop up during timed levels, then they crash the game, and you lose your progress. Only had the game a few hours before I couldn't stand it and uninstalled.

Awesome game. aggravating at some points but fun and very, VERY challenging. I haven't seen a way to save the game. Want to put on a different device. 3 stars only because 1. It drains battery 2. When I complete a level I can't always get my double points. Says no ads available. So I take regular points and get an ad ***Great addition would be able to save game with email, social media ... Something I want to put game on tablet but dont want to loose progress

PLEASE FIX THIS GAME. Fun game, but it crashes all the time! It takes a long time to build lives and then the crashes steal them. I've seen the suggestions in the support section and I've done all those things many times. They helped minimally, but it is still crashing soon after I do those "fixes" I would never pay any money into a game I can't trust to work.

Addicting game. But recently the ads are relentless!! You only get 5 lives then you have to wait hours for them to refill. When an ad pops up randomly mid-game, you can't go back to the game you were in the middle of and youve lost a life! And the ads seem to get longer when you have a 15 min unlimited perk. 🙄

Well I liked the game a lot but it's gotten so buggy! It kicks me out so often. Sometimes an ad will pop up in the middle of a level in a new window which means when I go back to the game it has reset and I've lost a life. This happens more and more frequently lately. And often the chairs won't slide when I try to move them.

Awesome game, it makes you think and problem solve. I do wish they would lower the time it takes to get a heart from 30 to 20 minutes and also if they could maybe add like 5 or 10 seconds to the timer each time you loose a life so you get a little more time to solve it. But sincerely I do love this game!!!
