Palmtech Complete is the most horrendous software palmtech has ever put out. Even in the days of doing everything on a PDA, it was useable. Now it instead of 1 or 2 taps to put information into a report, it takes 4 or 5 if you can remember which of the multiple tabs your information is under. It is also disappointing that palmtech used to sell a lifetime license for their products, and now they have quite servicing those products in favor of a subscription service.

This new version of Palmtech has helped speed up the reports and the integration of sending out agreements and invoicing right when the inspection is scheduled. The Client can sign and pay and you're notified and then all you have to do is the inspection.
