Great app. The only problem I have is with the zoom. In order to zoom you have to pause the audio, zoom in, and then proceed. You also can't scrub through the file without pausing. Both of these warrant a two star deduction, one for each problem, but considering what it is on Android, I just can't do that.

Ummm... $$$ per "feature"?!!! I went to use this. It's 'decent' considering I'm on a phone. Went to save an MP3 edited file and they want like $9 for that feature!! So is that for full version or are you nailing me on other features later?? I go to their site to see if there is a list of features and prices. Nada. Says $8-$9 per feature!! I'm staying away until it's clear. $10 for full App okay, but "per feature" for a phone App?!!! Really?! I'll update my review if it's full App.

Lexis Audio Editor is a great app for quick and easy audio editing. It has a user-friendly interface with essential features like cut, copy, paste, noise reduction, and an equalizer. It supports multiple formats like MP3, WAV, and FLAC. The recording feature is also useful. However, the free version lacks MP3 export, which is a downside. Adding multi-track support and more effects would make it even better. Overall, it's a solid choice for audio editing. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

SIMPLE TO USE, A BIT ABSTRACT! At first, but REAL as you use it. A special option I like is the Reverb also the echo which you can't do easily with written music to edit my audio tracks I've written with other music writing apps. If you're editing speech I recommend where it may cut off the word too fast to edit out the word use a fast fade in or fade out at the start or end of the word. Pitch control is good if you speed it up, otherwise bad sound quality for this. Plus you can change vol.

Exactly what I need in an audio editor app with none of the fluff. I've used it for years and paid to remove ads. Sure, the app has its quirks and controls can be a bit jankey at times, but I've always been able to do what I've needed to with it. Capability wise it is much better than many other "audio editor" apps on Google Play. I mainly use it to edit custom ringtones, notification sounds, and Alarmclock sounds. I hope it continues to be supported for years to come.

Terrible app. Garbage interface, unusable edit functions. This app needs a full rewrite or serious update. It will allow you to cut once (ie., remove dead sound at end of recording,) but when I try to cut out a second piece, like dead sound at the front end, it flubs and ruins the recording. This makes the app completely useless. Don't waste your time.

Pretty good ! Once you find your way with it, you can do quite a lot. I wish it could zoom in beyond 128 times though. Works best with lossless formats. (Wav flac). A redo button under the undo button would be nice. And a balance slider on the eq + volume effect would be great too. Some additional effects and less choppy pitch / tempo time stretching would also be great.

I had to abandon the app back in 2021 or 22 due to an error causing saving *any* audio to fail, never appearing in my phone's files. But, to my delight, this has finally been fixed at some point in 2024 via the offering of a second method to save files via the file manager! I can finally do edits at the same quality I used to be able to! No other audio app is as highly capable as this one! Hoping that saving error still actually gets corrected one day, though.
