Hi I liked the panic mode in the app but majority of people who are in danger can't get internet access to get your help. How about clicking the power button/ volume keys for say 5 times and be able to call you even when their phone's screen is locked? Hoping this feature will come soon.

Very poor e-Complain response system.In my context,for my e-Complain it remains under review for 3 days and after continuous chat it was acknowledged but never justified and approved again.so,it's just a useless application in context to e-Complain response .Really unsatisfied and ask why our government invest on those particular things but never provide service.useless one

Got arrested for beating a man,they treated me very well. cells are spacious and clean. Food was ok but rice for 3 times is bit boring. Handcuff was bit corroded but it's ok it does the job right. The officers are friendly. Overall it was a nice experience.

There are no options in the PMIS profile for fix or edit own missed or fault details.

Application is good but my confused is before going Chrome browser their showing all news today and incident and many more things but app can not show news.

Why do you guys need Phone call and media access? Also make location access optional then only people will use this. These permissions make app suspicious. Understand the psychology of users.

please update emergency no. of provience 1 jhapa district's police stations there i found only sunsari and max of morang district. so please update it as soon as possible. thank you. after that i'll rate it 5 stars.
