I downloaded this app last night because it is offered for free through Walmart Plus membership. However, after reading all these reviews, I am deleting the app. Apparently they Auto renew membership and refuse to refund customers. Apparently they also don't have the ability to prescribe meds and most of the time will simply refer you to a traditional veterinarian. What's the point in that?

I am going to talk to a vet for the first time . today. My kitty cat is in big trouble with some huge, aggressive bleeding growth that is getting bigger everyday. And it was a big bubble on her stomach and breast area. And in two days time it popped open and this hideous growth remained. And two weeks later ..it has formed blood vessels and it has a deep hole in the center of it and it bleeds not stop and it smells horrible!!! Nobody can tell me what it is or why she has it!! We'll see today!

you gotta make the questions way more detailed it doesn't even let you get into detail you click one thing expecting it to lead you to further detailed questions but it just confirms it as if it's that simple of a problem I have a medical background and so by only being able to select base line question I already know the vets first assumption is gonna be obvious and wrong especially when your trying to get help over an app you think you would be able to give more detail then usual considering..

Exceptional service. My Vet took her time to address all my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable and provided very helpful advice. I didn't feel rushed and at the end of the online visit felt like I was finally heard and taken seriously eventhough I'm a bit neurotic and I know I'm a hypochondriac. Nevertheless she still took the time to help us and for that, I'm forever grateful! every pet owner should have this app No Doubt!

Meh app, bad insurance. App issues sometimes. Had to get customer support to fix a double account and double charge. vet chat just tells you to go to your normal vet or ER. Records of online visits urging me to get care suddenly disappeared. You can only use the fund once- if you don't use it all too bad. Claim reviewer can't scroll and i had to send in each page individually. $3,000 wouldn't even cover the surgery cost, & they still denied it to me! I guess Joint infections aren't "emergencies"

I love PawP so much. I paid for this service thinking I was wasting my time. Then the unexpected happened. I'm thankful they talked me out of canceling services, because an emergency happened shortly after I tried. It's important to read the rules of the emergency fund and understand how it works. I just got lucky every step of the way but I'm going to hang on to PawP, because an emergency is never a planned event.

I am feeling much better this morning, I was able to upload video concerning my German Shepards skin issue, we received great information and now have an idea of what yo do to help control this and make him comfortable. Joke. Don't even bother. Useless and pointless. Use your local vet. Their assessments don't even get done in a timely fashion. Waiting over a week for the assessment to be completed is absolutely ridiculous. And yes, before they respond with contact their customer service. I did. This was their response. "Thanks for checking in about this! Health Assessments are completed in the order they're received but are not required to chat with our veterinary professionals or utilize the Emergency Fund."
