Each exercise in these programs is presented in video and text format so you know exactly what they work and why you're doing them. And if the 250 exercises aren't enough, you can create your own.

From there, depending on your experience with weightlifting, the app will encourage you to record everything you do during your sessions. That is, your number of sets, repetitions, your recovery time (a timer is integrated), but also the perceived difficulty of each exercise (RPE, RIR), a crucial factor in programming your progression.

You're familiar with strength programs like 5x5 or 5/3/1 and their many variations (5x5 Stronglift, Starting Strength, Greyskull, Candito, Sheiko ...)? It's the same principle, but applied to hypertrophy, muscle gain, and for all polyarticular and isolation exercises.

Concretely, in each session, the Coach will tell you what to do: number of sets, weight, repetitions, and rest time. All based on your level, equipment, and perceived difficulty (RPE, RIR), for the most accurate progression possible.

Excellent, je l'utilise depuis un an. Franchement cette application est excellente, surtout depuis la mise à jour et la création de programme qui m'a fait comprendre que je faisais peut-être trop d'exercice au top comme d'habitude

Mise à jour horrible, l'appli était très bien alors pourquoi l'avoir changée ? On ne peut plus rename les séances, on ne peut plus mettre de timer sans mettre de sets, Bug de multiplications des sets et des workout, l'interface est moins intuitive, quand on lance ou relance l'appli on a un long chargement qu'on avait pas avant pour load les données, j'imagine que c'est pour pas que ce soit stocker dans le local storage mais bon, c'est plus chiant qu'autre chose. Dommage

La meilleure application selon moi pour gérer ses entraînements de musculation. Le gros point fort ce sont les cycles de progression générés automatiquement pour chaque exercice.

J'utilise l'application en version gratuite depuis 6 mois et je viens de découvrir que je ne peux plus consulter mon historique des 3 premiers mois sans se procurer de la version pro. C'est décevant.

Bonjour, J'ai changé de téléphone et je ne retrouve pas mon programme d'entraînement ainsi que mes perfs. D'après ce que j'avais pu comprendre, les données ne sont pas stockées sur le téléphone en lui-même mais sur les serveurs de SP training. Est-il possible de les charger sur mon nouveau téléphone? Cordialement

J'utilise cette application depuis son lancement. Pierre le développeur est à l'écoute des remontées des utilisateurs et les m.a.j sont régulières. Vous pouvez choisir d'utiliser l'application de façon automatique pour votre plan d'entraînement ou bien de garder complètement la main dessus. P.S: J'adore la nouvelle charte graphique de la m.a.j du 17.03.2021

Serait pratique de pouvoir : 1- chercher les exercices par leur nom anglais. 2- avoir un mini gif representant l'exercice dans la liste 3- avoir le descriptif des exercices dans l'application sans avoir à lancer le navigateur à chaque fois 4-ameliorer la recherche 2mots et+ (rowing banc ne donne aucun résultat, alors que des exos contiennent bien ces 2 mots) J'utilise aussi jefit pro, j'aime votre fonction de cycles mais les points ci-dessus rendent l'application un peu plus lourde à utiliser.
