Negative star... if that's an option... terrible product.. no support .. devices won't sync.. log in issues in both phone and pc .. syncing issues in phone and pc .. .. what's the point of lifetime plan.. purchased and regretting it ... please stay away.

It's a dead password manager. I have got their lifetime plan but believe me it's not worth it. - Firstly, it doesn't work properly in android. - Secondly, they do not have any advanced features - Looks like they are not doing any development on this app for years, no enhancements, no new features, just a dead product - I don't see any option to contact their support, pathetic Better go for any active password manager, avoid this dummy password manager

Just the bare basics. I have no doubt about the security aspect of the app, but this is far too limiting in what can be stored. Maybe as it 'evolves' it will prove more useful. I certainly hope so.

I like this app, however, it doesn't always work as advertised. I would like to put the cursor on a username or password and have PCloud pass offer itself to me for use... But it doesn't always work that way. Sometimes a get a different option to use that DOESN'T work. I hope these issues can be worked out. I currently use Android 14 on a Pixel 7. I hope some of these things can fixed. I'd like pCloud Pass to work as seemlessly as pCloud. I LOVE that app.

If you are impressed by pCloud, you will be hard pressed to believe that this product came from the same company. The interface is very basic to say the least. Considering I am using Microsoft authenticator to manage and sync my passwords across unlimited devices, get this, for free, I think ppass has a very long way to go. None of the existing password managers can even come close to MS authenticator. But ppass should look into pass safe by harnisch to organize passwords, notes, cards, etc.

Suddenly, the application on the laptop said that the master password is incorrect. I don't think that the account has been hacked since on Android is working. This is frustrating since I have a premium account, and I am thinking that I lost the money on a bad password manager. I give two stars because it works on the Android but not better than other password managers. From my experience, I reccomend to avoid premium subscription.

Very basic Password Manager. Using the Free account, I imported data from LastPass without much issue. I had to manually recreate various notes, but that might be LastPass's fault. I used my laptop for this so I could copy & paste easier. Afterward, I used my Free account's once/month device switch to my android. The Android UI is okay - but just okay. I'd prefer folders over tags. One switch per month is stingy - even for a free account. I'll keep it for now but I'll continue to use LastPass.

It does a basic job of storing passwords as any other passwords managers, but have nothing more to offer. There is a lack of folders to organise passwords. There are no favicions/logos (contrary to the image shown in ads) which makes it difficult to quickly identify sites when you have a lot of them saved. There is no OTP option or at least an option to store your TOTP key under your password. Overall it's very basic.
