Of the streaming apps, it is one of the least well organized. :/ It has a messy/chaotic appearance, is harder to navigate to what you usually watch or want to watch, it lags, and it auto-plays random previews of recommended shows/movies (and at high volume) which then slows down the interface and makes it even harder to navigate to your chosen media as it tries to re-route you elsewhere. It's annoying and poor quality. BUT, has better show/movie offerings than Hulu.

I've been paying for peacock for a few years now- mostly just for the extended episodes of the office. Currently, though, I can't even use the app on my TCL Roku Tv. The show/movie will load, I'll watch for a minute, then it will keep stopping, saying that there's a problem and to try again later. It's gotten to the point where I'll have to watch an ad to watch the show, and it can't even make it through the ad. Most likely going to have to cancel because I'm paying for a service I can't use!

App runs so poorly. Chromecast integration is broken, app struggles to remember where you left off in a series, crashes when trying to resume a show, difficult to get to show details, ad breaks are getting increasingly long (6 ads per break). But it's the only place to watch The Office, so I guess it's okay that it's featureless and money-grabby.

I’ve been using Peacock TV daily, and it’s one of my favorite streaming platforms. Recently, I had an issue with the app not loading, but the support team was incredibly helpful. They called me and guided me through simple steps to reset my connection, and the app was back to normal in no time. Now, my shows load perfectly with full screen and sound. I highly recommend Peacock TV, not just for the programming but the excellent customer support.

Continue Watching is Infuriating! Why has this not been updated?! If you dont catch the end of an episode in time, it automatically starts playing a recommended show and if you're unlucky enough, it starts playing a show that's ongoing and you'll NEVER get rid of it. There's so many online complaints on Reddit for years and there's been no updates. The app doesn't get better but the prices increase. I only bought into it because Days of Our Lives moved to it and I had no other way to watch.

I cannot watch videos with this app. I have a Peacock subscription that works fine on my TV at home but attempting to watch a movie with this app on my Pixel 8a is broken. The video plays but is stuck in a loop switching from portrait mode to landscape mode over and over. I took the app update on 10/21/2024. Still broken.

My annual auto payment was taken out on 9/11 or 9/12 2024 and I watched tv as usual. Then on 10/8 2024, they cancelled my subscription and erased my payment history. I paid to watch it until 9/11 of 2025. I can't find a phone number. the so-called costumer care section email they offer doesn't work. When it was done, I sent it. Several times. After hitting send, it says that something went wrong and to re-send it. There's no re-send option. I paid for a year and I would like to get a year.

Why all the commercials? People buy these subscriptions to find our favorite shows or movies WITHOUT interference. Now, it's become a continuous occurance . 200 seconds of commercials? That is a little much. Other than that, extremely happy with the choices of shows that are available .
