This app has a lot of issues. Many times, the app will say that the connection was lost. It'll stop tracking the location in store, will stop marking delivered and returned automatically. Sometimes, it logs you off unexpectedly. Battery drain is severe. Starting at full, plus using wireless android auto, my phone lasts 3-6 hours before dead. Mapping uses coordinates instead of street address, which doesn't map correctly. All of us hate the app, so much that drivers refuse to use it.

I came into work today, expecting to use this app, as we're supposed to, to track our mileage and credit card tips. But, when I tried to log in, I was given the message that there was a bug in the system, and to have the developer fix the bug, and then update the app. So, I'm work, having to log back in from a delivery, because the computer can't even do that without this app! I hope the developer works on Saturday during the day, so that I can use this app tomorrow night!

Constantly keep kicking me off makes it real hard when you're driving and constantly have to log back in, this is an update: App still sucks. No updates as far as I know. The location button will some times , a lot of times just being you to the road, it's doesn't fluently work as well as it should when switching to Google maps And the price my company payed for access to horrible for the people that use it, millions of dollars. Terrible investment that upsets customers as the tracking is off

Garbage app doesn't do anything for the driver logs you out all the time average delivery times is wrong always. Freezing up and won't respond no matter how many times you restart it. Also doesn't recognize multiple deliveries. Waste of time and money spent on this app. Fix it or trash it but y'all got your money for so who cares how it works right.

This app doesn't do any of the things it claims to do. Its GPS system is never accurate, for some reason it tries to translate street addresses into long/lat coordinates, and then back again when it sends the information to Google maps. The system itself suffers from severe memory leaks and needs to be restarted almost every hour otherwise it will completely lock up your phone. And the built-in scheduling system that is supposed to optimize delivery routes for drivers just doesn't work.

Absolutely amateur hour app. Causes more problems than it solves. Tells maps app destination with GPS coordinates instead of street address meaning bad directions. When you switch out of navigation to the order details to get the correct house number , app will crash 95% of the time and THEN REMOVE the delivery from your order list when you restart meaning you have to do everything manually from the paper ticket.

Constantly lagging, and randomly logs me out when I'm at work. This greatly affects me because then it takes me off the delivery sequence at work and I lose my place to other drivers in delivery order. Not to mention I then have to manually confirm delivery and my progress when I find out the app isn't doing it because it logged me out on its own or froze up.

Annoying at best, crashing at worst. The app kinda works. Makes deliveries slower however, the app also likes to crash alot, and why in the world on a rainy day does it decide not to connect to the store system so I can tag back in from a delivery? I swear this app is gonna drive me up the wall on a busy day for deliveries. I will say this system does not make it easy on drivers, and if anything, will eventually cause drivers to leave their jobs.
